In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA) (CI),

notice is hereby given that the Elector’s Meeting will be held at the George Fam

Chambers on Tuesday 6 February 2024 commencing at 6.30pm.

The matters to be discussed at the Electors Meeting are the contents of the 2023

Annual Report and any other general business related to the Shire.

The annual report is available at the George Fam Main Office and Public Library

during office hours or the Shire’s website www.shire.gov.cx.

All residents are welcome.

根据1995 年《地方政府法》（WA）（CI）的规定，特此通知，选民会议将于2024

年2 月6 日星期二下午6 点30 分在George Fam Chambers 举行。

选民会议将讨论的事项是2023 年年度报告的内容，以及与郡政府相关的任何其他一般

事务。

年度报告可于办公时间在George Fam 办公室， 公共图书馆或郡政府的网站

www.shire.gov.cx 查阅。

Selaras dengan peruntukan Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1995 (WA) (CI), notis dengan ini diberi bahawa Mesyuarat Pemilih akan diadakan di George Fam Centre pada hari Selasa 6 Februari 2024 bermula jam 6.30 petang.

Perkara yang akan dibincangkan pada Mesyuarat Pemilih ialah kandungan Laporan Tahunan 2023 dan sebarang urusan am lain yang berkaitan dengan Shire.

Laporan tahunan boleh didapati di Pejabat Utama George Fam dan Perpustakaan Awam semasa waktu pejabat atau di website Shire www.shire.gov.cx .
