The Shire is pleased to announce the 2 new BBQs at that Lawn Bowls gazebo are now open for use. One of the BBQs is for Halal only cooking and we would ask the community to respect that.

The lawn bowls and the large foreshore gazebos now have lighting for night use.

The Gazebos and BBQs are as with all the facilities in the Foreshore Padang free of charge and on a first come first served basis.

Usage reservation bookings can only be made through the Shire, reservations via Facebook notification without prior approval will not be permitted.

This area will be subject of a closure period when the Shire constructs a bike path through that area, notification of that closure will be advised closer to that occurring.
