To all residents that currently get a refuse service, whilst we endeavour to pick up every bin, every time, there are reasons why we may not be able to collect your bin(s).

Please check the list of reasons below so that we can ensure that your bin is collected.

• Obstructed by a parked car or other obstacles e.g. light pole, trailers, tree etc. Please allow for at least 1 metre clearance between other bins and any obstacles.

• Facing the wrong direction and/or not on the edge of the kerb. Please ensure the bin is facing towards the road, with wheels towards the house.

• Overfull – lid must be closed.

• Too heavy – if over 55kg, it will be too heavy to lift.

• Materials too tightly packed and unable to be dislodged. Note: Polystyrene/foam is difficult to dislodge from the bin and can block items from being emptied.

• Presented late for collection – please place bins out by 6:00am on the day of collection

• Unacceptable materials. E.g. Concrete rubble, construction waste, fluorescent tubes, rocks, earth/soils etc.

致所有目前享受垃圾收集服务的居民：虽然我们尽力每次都收集每一户的垃圾桶，但仍可能存在无法收集您家垃圾桶的原因。

请查阅下列原因清单，以确保您的垃圾桶能被收集。

• 如遇停放的车辆或其他障碍物（如灯柱、拖车、树木等）阻挡，请确保其他垃圾桶与任何障碍物之间至少留出1米的间隙。

• 方向错误和/或未放置在路缘边缘。请确保垃圾桶朝向道路，且轮子朝向房屋。

• 垃圾桶过满–盖子必须能够盖上。

• 超重–若重量超过55公斤，则因过重无法抬升。

• 垃圾压实过紧，无法倒出。注意：聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料/泡沫塑料很难从桶内倒出，并可能堵塞垃圾，导致无法清空。

• 未按时放置待收集 – 请在收集日当天早上6:00前将垃圾桶放置好。

• 含有不可接受的材料。例如混凝土碎块、建筑垃圾、荧光灯管、岩石、泥土等。

Kepada semua penduduk yang kini mendapat perkhidmatan sampah, sementara kami berusaha untuk mengambil setiap tong sampah, setiap kali, ada sebab mengapa kami mungkin tidak dapat mengutip tong sampah anda.

Sila semak senarai sebab di bawah supaya kami dapat memastikan tong sampah anda dikumpul.

• Dihalang oleh kereta yang diletakkan atau halangan lain cth. tiang lampu, treler, pokok dsb. Sila benarkan jarak sekurang-kurangnya 1 meter antara tong sampah lain dan sebarang halangan.

• Menghadap ke arah yang salah dan/atau tidak di tepi tebing. Sila pastikan tong sampah menghadap ke arah jalan raya, dengan roda ke arah rumah.

• Penutup tong sampah yang penuh mesti ditutup.

• Terlalu berat jika melebihi 55kg, ia akan menjadi terlalu berat untuk diangkat.

• Bahan-bahan padat terlalu padat dan tidak boleh ditanggalkan. Nota: Polistirena/buih sukar ditanggalkan dari tong sampah dan boleh menghalang item daripada dikosongkan.

• Dihantar lewat untuk diambil, sila letak tong sampah sebelum jam 6:00 pagi pada hari kutipan

• Bahan yang tidak boleh diterima. Cth. Puing konkrit, sisa pembinaan, tiub pendarfluor, batu, tanah/tanah dsb.
