In accordance with section 3.50 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA CI) notice is hereby given for the temporary closure of Poon Saan Road in Poon Saan from the Poon Saan Club, around the horseshoe bend to the basketball court stairs, to all traffic from 5pm to 9pm on Saturday, 23 September 2023.

The Poon Saan Club will be conducting the Moon Cake Festival celebrations with a procession walk.
