Unfortunately, due to machinery breakdown, the proposed temporary road closure has been delayed by 1 week. 

In accordance with section 3.50 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA, CI) notice is hereby  given for the temporary closure of Poon Saan Road to all traffic from Monday 10 July to Sunday 16 July 2023. The extent of the closure is between Meng Chong Trading Carpark to  CI Apartments (refer to Diagram 1). 

For the duration of the closure, Poon Saan Road will become a two way street from CI  Apartments along Poon Saan Road towards Murray Road. Motorists will need to take extra  care when driving during this period. STRICTLY NO PARKING will apply on Poon Saan  Road between Lucky Ho Restaurant and before Apartment Block 567 (refer to Diagram 2).  

Please note the temporary Give Way sign near Blocks 567 and 568. Only 1 vehicle can fit  around that bend so please give way to oncoming traffic.

圣诞岛郡公告民众，原订的临时封路计划不幸将被推迟了一周。

根据1995年《地方政府法》（WA州，CI）第3.50节，特此发出通知，从2023年7月10日星期一至7月16日星期日，临时封闭Poon Saan 路，禁止所有交通。关闭的范围在 Meng Chong 贸易停车场和CI公寓之间（见图1）。

在封路期间，Poon Saan 路将成为一条从CI Apartments沿着潘贤路通往 Murray Road 的双向街道。在此期间，驾车者在驾驶时需要格外小心。Poon Saan路介乎Lucky Ho食肆及567号公寓前，严禁泊车（见图2）。请注意567座和568座附近的临时让路标志。只有一辆车可以绕过那个弯道，所以请让位给迎面而来的车辆。

Disebabkan kerosakan jentera, cadangan penutupan jalan sementara telah ditangguhkan  selama 1 minggu. 

Selaras dengan seksyen 3.50 Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1995 (WA, CI) dengan ini notis  diberikan untuk penutupan sementara Jalan Poon Saan kepada semua lalu lintas dari Isnin  10 Julai hingga Ahad 16 Julai 2023. Tahap penutupan adalah antara tempat parking kereta  Meng Chong Trading ke CI Apartments (rujuk Rajah 1). 

Sepanjang tempoh penutupan jalan, Jalan Poon Saan akan menjadi jalan dua hala dari CI  Apartments di sepanjang Jalan Poon Saan ke arah Jalan Murray. Pemandu kenderaan perlu  berhati-hati semasa memandu dalam tempoh ini. PERATURAN LARANGAN PARKING  KERETA akan dipasang untuk Jalan Poon Saan antara Restoran Lucky Ho dan sebelum  Blok Apartment 567 (rujuk Rajah 2). Sila ambil perhatian papan tanda Beri Laluan  sementara berhampiran Blok 567 dan 568. Hanya 1 kenderaan boleh muat di selekoh itu  jadi sila beri laluan kepada lalu lintas yang mendatang. 

Shire Pulau Krismas memohon maaf atas sebarang kesulitan yang disebabkan oleh  penutupan jalan ini.
