The Shire will close its offices at 12 noon on Thursday 19 March 2026 (half day) and will be closed all day on Friday 20 March 2026 for Hari Raya Puasa Public Holiday and Monday 23 March for Labour Day Public Holiday 2026.

In accordance with section 3.50 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA, CI) notice is hereby given for the temporary closure of Poon Saan Road to all traffic from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday 16th of February for the Chinese New Year’s Celebrations. The extent of the closure is between Lucky Ho Restaurant and the Emergency Response Building.

Residents are advised that the following road will be temporary closed for road works to be carried out.

Members of the public are advised that at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 3 February 2026, Council determined to change the Ordinary Council meeting date for June from 23rd June to 16th June 2026.
